A Brief Critic on "Wild at Heart"

I am alittle amused by all the "controversies" surrounded by John Eldrge's proposition that God is an adventurer and risk taker, while missed out the whole meat of soul-searching into the heart of manhood. Those who are well versed on the issues of discussion and firmly believe that Open Theism is nothing more than heresy, I have but one question: do you truly believe that reformed theology has all the right answers to God's mystery? What is an omnipotent and omnipresent God doing to create the garden of Eve, knowing a priori the fall of mankind, just so he can swoop down with a plan for redemption, and have all the creatures and heavens shouting gloriy and praises 24-7? The answer to that is at best a weak categorical thought that explains but convinces nobody, or worse, a divine form of masochism. And if that were true to follow God is then to master in the art of manipulation?

Give up trying to figure out God from a cage, this is really silly!
